Well the day has come and gone. And our Christmas started off with a bang, or perhaps a heave is more appropriate. Avery had a fever all afternoon, and started to puke around 4. She refused medicine and was hot all night. Cohen also ran a fever all night long. Grant and I were worried that we weren't going to get our "Santa Business" finished because we were both dealing with sickies, but they were both in bed by 8:30 and we had an hour to get
everything done. And we did! I can't believe that we got everything done by 9:30 and were in bed by 10! Who would have thought! Santa brought Avery a Tag Reader, and after a little learning curve, she seems to have it all figured out!
Cohen got a Castle Marbleworks and spent a good chunk of the morning twirling balls down the tower. Grant and I got a Wii! He is unimpressed, I am ecstatic! Now to find a Wii Fit!
Needless to say, we were quite spoiled yet again this year, but we are truly blessed because we were able to be together, and despite the occasional dash for a puke bucket, we really have our health. Merry Christmas to all, and have a joyous 2009!

Oh I see Grant is sporting the new hairstyle JD has started! Can't bug him now - looking a little like the Good Year Tire man himself!!
